This division is responsible for utility billing for electric, water and waste water, and the management of 6,100 resident and business utility customer accounts. The department bills all customers monthly and maintains a payment service counter, a drive-up drop-box in the north end parking lot and an additional drop-box on the north end of the building, as well as online payment.
